Who Can Enter

1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be Maryland residents who are 18 years of age or older, reside in the WBFF viewing area, and an engaged couple. Married couples are not eligible.

2. Employees of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc Sinclair Communications, LLC and any other company which owns, programs or provides other services to television broadcast station WBFF (the “Station”), WNUV, Bridal Showcase Productions, WeddingWire.com, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcast and cable stations, local radio and other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. To be eligible, you can not have won any contest on WBFF or WNUV in the past 30 days from the end date of this promotion.

How to Enter

(a) No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per couple.

(b) To enter, hand print your name, fiancee’s name, address, phone number, and birth date on a postcard, explain in 100 words or less why you should win, and enclose a photograph. Mail it to Wedding in a Week, 2000 W. 41st Street, Baltimore, MD 21211. Couples may also enter at www.FOXbaltimore.com, by completing their name, fiancee’s name, address, phone number, birthday, 100 word essay, and photo. Photos must be uploaded in jpeg format. No mechanically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted. By entering, entrants acknowledge that the essay and photo (i) is their own, (ii) does not violate the rights of any third parties, (iii) and may be used by Station in connection with the contest.

(c) The contest starts on Monday January 18, 2010, and all entries must be received by Station by 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, January 29, 2010. Station is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, mail or for printing errors, server unavailability, computer or any other electronic malfunction.

(d) All entries (including photos and essays) received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries (including photos and essays) become the property of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. and the Station and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Voting Process

(a)Each entry will be judged by a panel of two judges based on 50% content, and 50% creativity. The four (4) entries with the highest scores will be declared finalists. Finalists will have their entries read live on FOX45 Morning News between Monday, February 1 and Thursday, February 4, 2010. Beginning Monday, February 1, the Station will post the four (4) finalist entries on www.foxbaltimore.com and invite viewers to view the photos and essays and vote for their favorite couple . Deadline to vote is 5:00 p.m. ET on February 4, 2010.

(b) Voting is limited to one vote per IP address per day. If an entrant receives multiple and/or irregular votes or multiple votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, the vote(s) will be considered invalid.

(c) The grand prize winner will be determined based on the finalist with the most votes.

(d) In the event of a tie, the Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from among the tied finalists. All decisions of the judges will be final.

(e)As a condition of participating and winning, each of the four (4) finalists must agree to appear on Fox45 Morning News at an assigned time beginning Monday February 1, 2010 to Friday February 5, 2010 between the hours of 6:00 a.m and 9 a.m. Winners will be notified in person, on the air, Friday February 5, 2010. Refusal by finalists or the grand prize winning couple to appear on Fox45 Morning News will result in disqualification.

The Prize(s)

1. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be determined. The grand prize winner will receive a wedding package which includes a wedding dress, tuxedo rental for the groom and 4 groomsmen, wedding cake, flowers, wedding planner, honeymoon trip for two, wedding ceremony and reception at the 1840s Ballroom with catering for up to 100 people (winner is responsible for gratuity not included), photography and video package, and the services of a justice of the peace. The reception will take place immediately after the ceremony on February 12, 2010. The honeymoon trip includes coach roundtrip airfare for two from BWI to Jamaica (international taxes may apply), one room, double occupancy in a junior suite for three nights at an all inclusive resort (Secrets, Grand Palladium, or The Gran Bahia) Transportation to and from Sangster International Airport are included. The honeymoon trip does not include any other transportation, baggage fees, excursions, spa treatments, gratuities, trip cancellation insurance, miscellaneous airline fees or any other expenses. Blackout dates for the honeymoon trip are November 22, 2010 through November 28, 2010 and December 20, 2010 through January 7, 2011. Other blackout dates may apply due to festivals and air charter availability. The trip must be taken by February 19, 2011. The entire prize package is valued at $39,320.

The specific wedding dress, ceremony & reception ballroom catering menu, and honeymoon destination will be determined by an online viewer vote at www.foxbaltimore.com using the following schedule;

Monday, February 8, 2010: Wedding dress voting
Tuesday, February 9, 2010: Catering menu voting
Wednesday, February 10, 2010: Ceremony & Reception ballroom voting
Thursday, February 11, 2010: Honeymoon destination

Voting for each of the above prize selections will begin at 9:00 a.m. Monday February 8, 2010 and conclude at 5:00 p.m. ET Thursday February 11, 2010

All prizes will be awarded during prior to the live wedding ceremony on Fox45 Morning News the morning of February 12, 2010.

2. Finalists will be notified by phone. The grand prize winning couple will be notified in person. Winners must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be received within 3 days of notification. All persons traveling on the trip must be 18 years of age or over. All persons traveling on the trip must also sign and return a release which must be returned with the winner’s release and affidavit of eligibility within the time frame specified above. Winners must show picture identification to claim prizes. Station reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented. Winners may be required to sign additional documentation as required by the sponsors. Winners are responsible for obtaining a marriage license in Baltimore City, Maryland prior to February 12, 2010.

3.If the winning couple does not timely return the affidavit of eligibility, the prize will be awarded to the couple receiving the next highest number of votes.

4.There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes except at the sole discretion of Station. The Station has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.

5.The winners are responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.

6.Only one prize will be awarded per household. Contestants are eligible to win only one prize within any 30 day period, regardless of the number of contests entered.

7.Sinclair Communications, LLC, Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize. The Station, sponsors, and prize provider shall not be responsible for winner’s failure to take the trip within the time frame described above, or cancellation of the trip by the winner.

8.Sinclair Communications, LLC, Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.

9.In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Sinclair Communications, LLC, Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous

1. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received and the number of online votes received.

2. Complete contest rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at WBFF Fox45, 2000 W. 41st Street, Baltimore, MD 21211 and on the Station’s website at www.foxbaltimore.com.

3. For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to WBFF Fox45, 2000 W. 41st Street, Baltimore, MD 21211 by March 12, 2010.

4. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc. Sinclair Communications, LLC, Bridal Showcase Productions, WeddingWire.com, accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

5. Station cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.

6. Station reserves the right to make rules and contest changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
